Igor Radusinović je rođen 29.07.1972. godine na Cetinju. U Podgorici je završio osnovnu i srednju školu. Nakon završetka srednje škole, 1990. godine, upisao je Elektrotehnički fakultet u Podgorici, gdje je u roku diplomirao jula 1994. godine sa prosječnom ocjenom 9,54. Tokom obrazovanja više puta je nagradjivan, pri čemu je posebno važno napomenuti: diplome LUČA za osnovnu i srednju školu, Novčanu nagradu Univerziteta Crne Gore koja se dodjeljuje najboljem studentu završne godine Elektrotehničkog fakulteta u Podgorici i...
